1839065 - data inconsistencies following user import

Symptom

  • Users are created/updated using the User Administration import functionality
  • No errors occur during the import of user data however when you search for an imported user, the user is found but in the logon ID field of the search result the message 'Entity is inconsistent' is displayed
  • When you attempt to display the user details the message 'The user account is not accessible due to data inconsistencies' is displayed at the top of the UI

  • In the server traces an error message "useraccount id is null" might be found written at the time of the user search
