1839894 - 'Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized': Diagnostics Agent is not able to contact the SAP Host Agent Webservices

Symptom

After perform the Managed System Configuration for a target system, the Diagnostics Agent logs shows error 'Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized' to contact the SAP Host Agent Webserivces. In the the Agent Log Viewer in Agent Administration displays the following message:

SAPHostAgent webservice returned: Permission denied

Moreover, the Diagnostics Agent log file SMDAgentApplication.X.log the following error:

The SAP Host Agent Webservices are exposed in port 1128, if the error 'Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized' occurs to contact a service on port 5<XX>13 then refer to KBA 1939330.
