1839990 - The Fire Fighter log review workflow does not trigger/ Firefighter ID not reflecting in the GRACACTUSAGE log

The FF Log Review workflow is not working, even though the following conditions have been met:

• FF users have logged in to the Plugin system and executed the relevant T-codes.
• The FF Log Sync and FF Workflow Sync jobs have been scheduled.
• The executed T-codes are captured in STAD.

Alternatively, please confirm the authorizations required for the RFC user to retrieve transactional data from STAD.
