1839990 - The Fire Fighter log review workflow does not trigger/ Firefighter ID not reflecting in the GRACACTUSAGE log

The FF log review workflow is not working even though :-

1. The FF have logged into the Plugin system and have executed the Tcodes in the plugin system.
2. The FF Log sync job and FF workflow sync job have  been scheduled.
3. The Tcodes are captured in STAD.

OR

Authorizations required for RFC user to fetch transactional data from STAD.
