When using a Clustered CMS with Explorer Services, load balancing between CMS does not work:
- CMS session load balancing does not occur with explorer (not reproducible with webi)
- CMS work load does not occur - only one CMS is working
- load balancing and failover is not working with the master server -
if you stop the first master nothing works at all
