Symptom

 The next behavior is observed while using Web Intelligence Rich Client (WRC)

  • "Unknown Error in SL Service (WIS 00000)" while creating a report based on UNX universe
  • "Java.lang.NullPointerException: No business layer sent back from server" is shown on opening a sample Web Intelligence report
  • There are no universes displayed under Universes in New document welcome screen
