DC (Development Component) build failed in CBS (Component Build Service). In the CBS request log: "Error! The following error occurred during request processing:DC '<DC_NAME>' is already active in the compartment '<SC1_NAME>' and cannot be activated in the compartment '<SC2_NAME>'.
