1840653 - Migrated WebI recurring jobs fail with "document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951)" error

Symptom

  • WebIntelligence recurring jobs that have been migrated from XI 3.1 to BI4.0 environment using the Upgrade management tool (UMT) intermittently fail with following error:
  • The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951) (Error : INF)
  • This behavior is seen on some recurring jobs while some others work fine
