1840675 - Connection Override fails in Internet Explorer 8 or above with Error #2036

Symptom

  • Connection Overrides page within BI4 Central Management Console (CMC) > Promotion Management fails with an Error #2036
  • Detailed Error : "RSL Error 1 of 2, Bottom of page Error #2036"
  • This is noticed in Internet Explorer 8.0 or above (see image at bottom).
  • However the same page displays successfully in the Firefox browser.
  • In IE, this error is only seen when using SSL (HTTPS)
