1840679 - Crystal Report throws an error while viewing it in BI4.0

Symptom

  • You wish to view the Crystal Report (based on ODBC) it works fine in Crystal Reports 2011, but  in CMC or BI Launchpad it throws the following error while viewing:

    The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection.
    Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]
