Data Services batch jobs are scheduled to BOE scheduler and have a recurring schedule. in Central management console > Instance Manager the job appears as 'Pending' and not 'Recurring' and the job runs exactly once. You can see the calendar object created corresponding to the date and time for which recurring job is scheduled but the job does not follow that calendar and runs exactly once.
