1840944 - User inbox content not viewable after migration with User Migration Tool (UMT)


After migration from XI 3.1 using the UMT tool, any content that was part of a publication cannot be viewed.

  • The issue does not happen if the report was outside of a publication
  • The issue only exists when a publication resides in a user's inbox and the UMT tool is used to migrate users and content.
    • This occurs with a full migration as well as an incremental migration
