Telnet console open failed with the following error:

  host  specifies the hostname of the ICM to connect to.

  port  specifies the P4 port number of the ICM.

  node  specifies the cluster id of the worker node
                where the user to be automatically logged in.

if 'node' argument is missed the user is logged in to an arbitrary node.

if no arguments are given the host and port are taken from the 'console.properties' file in the working directory; the user is logged in to an arbitrary worker node.
