1842450 - S_ALR_87012284 (RFBILA00): OB58 +/- sign change on FSV items not applied; use drilldown reports for reversed sign display

Symptom

In OB58, the "+/- sign change" (RFPOSINF-SIGN) is set for a Financial Statement Version (FSV) item, but S_ALR_87012284 still does not display the item with reversed sign. 
• After running S_ALR_87012284 again, both the account and the FSV item continue to show the original sign instead of the inverted sign.
