1843111 - Time Recording Method Shows Blank Data in Time Sheet View

You are looking for time recording method for active employees under Time Sheets view. However no records found in the Time Recording Method column on the Time Recording - Time Sheet screen.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Go to the Time Recording view.
3. Select Time Sheet sub view.
4. Select Active Employees.
5. Time Recording Method column is blank for few employees.

The default setting in Advanced mode under Time Administration Data is "1 Week Before" for Period Selection. However, because the start date of the Time Profile for these employees is MM.DD.YYYY, the time recording method is not being displayed.

To view the time recording method for these employees, make sure to select "Current Week" in the Period Selection field.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Go to the Time Recordings view.
3. Select the Time Sheet sub view.
4. Select Active Employees.
5. Click on the "Advanced Filter" icon located next to the Search field.
6. Under the section Time Administration Data section, you can see that in the field "Period Selection" is currently set to '1 Week Before'.
7. Change the period selection to 'Current Week.
8. Select Go.
