1843178 - Newly Created Form Template is Displaying Under Wrong Form Template Group

You have created a new Form Template and after completion, the Form Template is displaying under wrong Form Template group.

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Select Form Template Maintenance view.
3. Upload a Form and complete the procedure.

The assignment of Form template Group is based on the the user selection before selecting the Upload button.

So, if the user wants to create a New Form Template under a specific group. Then, the user must select any row (for template) under that specific group and then upload the variant.

For example, If the user highlight any Form Template under Dunning Letter and select Upload button and choose As New Variant, then in the subsequent pop-up, you can find the new Form is under the group Dunning Letter.
