  • While running a "Test Promote" in LifeCycle Manager, an error is thrown on some objects and a "Partial Success" is returned:
Resolution Status=Not Applicable, Dependency Status=Not Applicable, Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed, Promotion Status=Failure : Application not available
