• Logon to Central Management Console (CMC) -> Promotion management: A blank page is displayed, HTTP 500 error is displayed or nothing happens.
• Logon to CMC  -> Version management: an HTTP 500 error is displayed.
• Error message like:
• Could not open the file <path>\lcm.admin-guid[<guid>.config.properties appear in the HTTP error description.
• Sorry Promotion Management application unable to process your request. Please check you have sufficient rights to perform the operations
• Promotion using LCM CLI gives error:
  • while trying to invoke the method java.io.FileInputStream.close() of a null object loaded from local variable 'fin'
