1843246 - BPC NW - CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS error when maintaining dimension

Symptom

  1. User tried to process the dimension, or run Refresh Dimension Member Cache by running UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, but received following error:
    An exception with the type CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause
  2. In SLG1 log, user received error: Cannot process the XXX dimension, receiving error 'Node XXX: already exists as child of node 00000000 and Failed to call function UJN_API_HIE_UPDATE2
  3. In RSRV, run All Combined Tests - Hierarchies, there are some SID inconsistency error: The INCFL flag in SID table is missing for hierarchy leaf XXX with SID XXX
