1843921 - CreateJavaVM Failed. The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

Unable to start the tomcat.
Getting the below error messages while starting the Tomcat.

1) commons-daemon log file :

Windows could not start the apache tomcat service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

Faulting application tomcat6.exe version 1.0.7.0, time stamp 0x4e3782fe, faulting module tomcat6.exe, version 1.0.7.0 and so on.

5) Apache Tomcat for BI4 cannot be started, with errors including 'CreateJavaVM Failed' and 'The system could not find the environment option that was entered.'

The CMS.exe service was not present in the Task Manager
Unable to log in to CMC and BI, with error: "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS ':6400'. The CMS on machine '' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20030)."
