Symptom

When migrating universe and its connection from XI3.1 to BI4.x the migration is successful, except universe connection object has failed status with error :
"Setting the property SI_ADM_ADD_SI_DATACONNECTION of the object named 'xxxx' with id number NNNN failed because a constraint was violated. The constraint failed for the object named 'connection_name' with id number NNN and the object named 'universe_name' with id number NNNN because of the following constraint: if then SI_KIND = 'CCIS.DataConnection'.
