1844003 - SUP 2.2.2 HWC html view Android onClickEvent not working correctly

Customer running SUP 2.2.2 with HWC and seeing issues with Android and onClickEvent.  There are two buttons on the start screen. a SUP button inserted by the IDE, and then a htmlview button.  The htmlview button onclick calls a customization defined, which simply logs and console.log's information. The SUP button works fine.   However, clicking on the htmlview button, the onclick event is executed twice (which results in two logs).  This occurs on Android only and not iOS HWC.
