1844217 - Error: "An error has occurred: Cannot find a document instance matching your prompt values" when using the sInstance=Param in an opendoc url

Symptom

  • Error message is returned when using the sInstance=Param in a opendoc url in order to display the latest instance of a WebIntelligence report with the specified parameter value.
  • Error: "An error has occurred: Cannot find a document instance matching your prompt values"
  • Using it in an hyperlink, it will return the error: "Page not found (Error 404)"
