- Server permissions rights are not honored
- There is no feature in BOE XI 3.x and BI 4.x to actually control user's access to the servers via rights
- It is not possible to enable / disable servers for users
- In BO XIR2 when explicitly denying a user or user group rights on the WebI Report Server, the error message "Could not initialize Report Engine: RWI 00226" or "No server was available to process the request. Please try again later(Error:RFC 00101)(Error:INF)" would appear when that user was trying to create / view / run a WebI report in Infoview
