1845306 - Hide Unwanted Columns from Template Based Request creation screen

Symptom

You want to remove/hide the un-wanted columns from Template Based Request creation screen.

Adjusting the columns via "Settings" at the POWL level on the request creation screen, hides the columns for a particular Logged-in user ONLY.

You want this setting to be applicable for ALL users, rather than the Logged-on user.
