1845857 - Search Operators not functioning as expected

Symptom

When using the extended search in TM, operators like "is", "starts with" and "contains" do not return the expected talents.

E.g. Searching using operators "is", " starts with" and "contains" and string "Fernandez", returns employee "Ana Fernandez"

Name contains Fernandez.png

Name starts with Fernandez.png

Name contains Fernandez.png
