Symptom

In Strategy Management 10, an error is returned when launching the user interface to access the Scorecard tab in a specific context:

'HTTP Request error'.

No errors are returned when accessing other tabs, like 'Initiatives' or 'Home' in the same context; another database's scorecard might be accessed successfully.

The model connection is working correctly.
