Symptom

  • Failed to retreive cluster name from the database. Reason: Database access error. Reason Loading shared object failed. First tried to load
    the library oci and failed because of error: [The specfified module could not be found.]
    Second tried to load library ...\SAPBusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\winx64\oci.dll and failed because of error: [The specified module could not be found.]

    Error received when selecting SIA Properties to select DB.

  • "<server> not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null"

    Error received when logging into CMC or Infoview/BILaunchpad
