1846208 - Live office cannot resolve SSL enabled (https) webservices url on Windows 7 client workstation

• Live office cannot resolve SSL enabled (https) webservices URL [https://servername:port/dswsbobje/..] on Windows 7 client workstation
• The web services URL keeps spinning for sometime and eventually fails with "Web Service URL is invalid" on Windows 7 Client workstations.  It however works on Windows XP machines.
• Live Office also works with few other SSL enabled webservices URLs but only some seem to fail with this error
• The same webservices URL works fine on Windows 7 IE 8 browsers without any challenge.
• When SSL is disabled for the same URL (http only), Live Office works as expected
• After thorough investigation, the only error gathered from the Network (Wireshark) logs shows that for all failing situations,
  the server hello response returns with warnings “Unrecognized name (112)” in HTTPS communication.
• Besides this, there is no other useful traces on the Live Office client logs or the reverse proxy web server error or access logs
