After the Managed System Configuration and Technical Monitoring - System Monitoring configuration at SOLMAN_SETUP for a target system, the SMDAgent log e2emai.log or smdagent_trace.trc file shows the error:

[EXCEPTION] com.sap.smd.agent.wsclients.jxbp.JXBPException: No scheduler assigned to authenticated user "SM_COLL_<SID of SolMan>".
