1846595 - Rules Based ATP check is suppressed in SCM APO

The RBA check is suppressed (e.g. error message "No substitution for item xyz with "rules immediately" '(message no. /SAPAPO/ATP094 )) in global ATP check when:

• A pro-forma invoice is generated for a sales order.
• Converting a quotation to sales order with the copy of product selection in the copy control (ECC transaction VTAA).
• Trying to run an RBA check for an item which is a subitem already.
• The sales order item (where RBA is active) has a partial delivery.
