1846783 - Issues caused by wrong customizing in table BBP_BACKEND_DEST

• You have issued any action which should have resulted in an XML message sent out from the system, but there was no XML message generated
• You want to create a confirmation but there are no items listed on the confirmation detail screen (even though the PO contains the items)
• Incoming XML messages are not processed successfully and are aborted with errors
• You are using the decoupled BID scenario and the RFX sent to the SUS system is not visible on the web UI
• The purchaser user no authorization to edit the RFx document
