Symptom
- Failed to establish a connection. "Cannot Connect to SAP Business Objects Enterprise at this time. Please try again later"
- "Please make sure your server contains supported data sources, and the server connection is working properly" error is received in Crystal Reports for Enterprise when selecting a .unx universe.
- No universe is listed in New Data Source Connection in Crystal Reports for Enterprise
- While launching Crystal Reports for Enterprise from BI Launchpad it successfully logs in to SAP Business Intelliegence 4.0, still cannot connect outside of BI Launchpad.
- Can successfully browse to "http://servername:serverportnumber/servercontext" from Crystal Reports for Enterprise Machine. However cannot log in to SAP Business Intelliegence 4.0 through Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
- Fiddler shows "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Server cmshost:cmsport not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)"
