Symptom

In spite of the activated OPS_QM_EXTENSION_2 (Enhancements in FMEA and QM Notifications) the notification types Q8 and Q9 are missing.

The OPS_QM_EXTENSION_2 is available from: SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0.
