1849021 - Error Message: DD.MM.YYYY to DD1.MM1.YYYY1: employee XYZ cannot be moved to company ABC1. You will need to transfer the employee in the Personnel Administration work center

When you try to check or activate an Organizational Structure, system throws below error message:

DD.MM.YYYY to DD1.MM1.YYYY1: employee XYZ cannot be moved to company ABC. You will need to transfer the employee in the Personnel Administration work center

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Select Edit Org Structures.
3. Check or Activate an Org Structure.

The Org Unit (in the employee XYZ belongs to) was actually belongs to the Company ABC but it has been moved under Company ABC1. This is not allowed because there are Employees assigned to this Org Unit and the Company ABC.

Note: The error message displaying might be for one of the employee but all the employees are affected because of this movement.

To resolve the issue, You can either revert the changes, that is moving the Org Unit back to its original company ABC or transfer the Employees in the Org Unit to another Org Unit.
