1849199 - Availability Calendar Not Populated in Resource Management Work Center in SAP Business ByDesign

An employee is entering working hours correctly; however, the Availability Calendar for the employee is not populated in the Resource Management Work Center.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Resource Management Work Center
2. Click on Resource Search
3. Search for employee XYZ and click Show Availability
4. The Availability Calendar is not populated and the following message is displayed:
   “Working days not determined; check work schedule for XYZ”

The Availability Calendar is not populated because the Work Schedule for the employee is not maintained.

To resolve the issue, maintain the Work Schedule for the affected employee:

1. Go to Time Administration Work Center
2. Select Employees view
3. Search for the employee (XYZ)
4. Click Edit
5. Navigate to the Time Profile tab
6. Select the Work Schedule sub-tab
7. Assign a valid Work Schedule
8. Click Save
