1849246 - After upgrading from SUP 2.1.3 to 2.2.2 DCN POST may fail with Invalid Credentials

Symptom

  • A DCN POST fails with invalid credentials, though the credentials have been verified to be correct
  • After setting MMS to DEBUG logging level the following message can be noted in the log
    [com.sybase.sup.server.dcn.DCNHandler]  [] [] The DCN Request in JSON as POST data is: null
  • The following stack trace may also be present in the logs
