Symptom

  • Truncated data when saving a large report to Excel Document via Opendoc
  • Incomplete Data in Excel Document. Also observed if report is saved to PDF format
  • Weblogic logs show the error:  <boxi31_30000> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '3' for queue:
    'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <>  <1362409060434> <BEA-101366> <The server could not send the HTTP message
     during the configured timeout value. The socket has been closed.> ####<>  <Error> <HTTP> <Servername> <boxi31_30000> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'>
