Symptom

  • Errors returned in application log for DataStore Object (DSO) activation.
  • DSO Fatal Activation Error.
  • Activation of a DSO request fails due to timeout.
  • During activating the DSO with 15 dialog processes we get error (Message no. RSODSO_PROCESSING048)
  • Fatal error occured while starting dialog process 00000x (Message no. RSODSO_PROCESSING048)
  • Process 00000x did not confirm within the permitted time period (Message no. RSODSO_TOOLS 025)
