1849948 - Web Intelligence Schedules Intermittently Fail with Error Message

Scheduling Web Intelligence reports in BI4.x results in the following error message:

"Could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 30] DocumentFacade::uploadBlob -(Helpers::InfoStore::ObjectExport::initNoCreate) The object doesn't exist (WIS 30567)"

Analysis of Adaptive Job Server trace logs (AJS is responsible for handing the scheduled job over to a Webi Proc Server) will show the following entries regarding Failover tokens (below is an example from 4.0):
