1850020 - Error in SUM Upgrade Phase PREP_CONFIGURATION/RUN_RSUPGSLI

Symptom

  • During an upgrade using the Software Update Manager (SUM) an error occurs in the phase PREP_CONFIGURATION/RUN_RSUPGSLI 
  • You will find an error similar to the following the log file: "RSUPGSLI.ELG" and "RSUPGSLI.LOG" .
    Checks after phase PREP_CONFIGURATION/RUN_RSUPGSLI were negative!
