1850361 - Crystal Reports Servers, Dashboard Design Servers and Adaptive Processing Servers do not start in BI 4.0

Symptom

  • CrystalReports2011ReportApplicationServer, CrystalReportsCacheServer, DashboardDesignCacheServer, AdaptiveProcessingServer, AdaptiveJobServer do not start.
  • Error: "The Server Intelligence Agent for this server is unavailable" observed in the properties of the servers that do not start.
  • Error: "A fatal error has been detected by SAP Java Virtual Machine" in the server logs.
