1850606 - Java URLs not accessible; J2EE Engine is running

• None of the Java Engine web-resources are accessible (/index.html page, /SystemInfo page etc.)
• Status of Dispatcher and Server nodes is running in SAP MMC and JCMon.
• After login, Visual Admin is unable to load the configuration
• Config Tool works fine.
• Latest defaultTrace file of Dispatcher node shows following exception after a failed access attempt is made to a web-resource (/index.html page):
