1850943 - Hebrew/Arabic characters display from left to right and is written backwards when exporting to PDF from Crystal Reports

• Incorrect results in PDF document
• Text is displayed from left to right instead of right to left
• The text is also written backwards (mirror effect)

• Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.0 Support Package (SP) 5 Patch 4

• Export report containing Hebrew characters to PDF

Hebrew characters are not supported in BI 4 and BI 4.1 (minor release).

Note: This issue has been escalated to Product Group previously for XI Release 3.1 as a potential bug under reference number ADAPT01507296.  To see the resolution for XI 3.1 please see Note 1390055 under reference section for more information.

Product Group will provide support for Hebrew characters as from BI 4.1 SP01
