1851182 - GetFullState returns a -1 (error) in PowerBuilder 12.1 with a Crosstab DataWindow Object

Symptom

  • GetFullState on a datastore with a crosstab datawindow presentation style returns a -1 in a Sybase PowerBuilder 12.1 application.   
  • Works with other datawindow presentation styles such as tabular.

  • If you connect to a database and do a retrieve(), this works as expected for all datawindow presentation styles including crosstab.

Environment

Tested with the following versions and builds. 

  • Sybase PowerBuilder 12.1 build 7223 (fails)
  • SAP Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5.2 build 5543 (does not fail if there is an active database connection)
