• During the RUN_OFFLINE_MIGRATION phase of an upgrade
• Error message is as follows:
  

  An error has occurred during the execution of the RUN_OFFLINE_MIGRATION  phase.

  Error while processing migration list <DIR_PUT>/java/data/mig/MIGRATIONAUSF.LST. Could not migrate some archives from migration list. Possible reason is Database is down.Check  if

  database running Error during migration of archive <dir_put>/java/data/mig/DEPLOYARCHIVES/icm_migration.sda which has been extracted to directory <DIR_PUT>/java/migtool/icm_migration. Possible reason is Database is down. Check if database running Could not execute MTI process. See log files /<DIR_PUT>/java/log/JMT_FRAMEWORK_RDM_02.OUT and <DIR_PUT>/java/log/JMT_FRAMEWORK_RDM_02.ERR.

  Return code condition success evaluated to false for process java for action RUN_MTI.

• In the JMT_FRAMEWORK_RDM.ERR log file you see:
