1851326 - Job hangs in Data Services 4.1 SP1 when target is an XML schema and there is an extremely large varchar field being output

• Any job with extremely large output fields that go to an XML schema target hangs, unless NULL is passed through this large field.
• The suggestion list output field is the culprit of the hanging, when that output is removed from the scenario, then job runs successfully.
• Upgraded job no longer runs and reports no errors.
• Output xml file is not listed in monitor log.
• Upgraded real-time job that contains URAC suggestion list output hangs.
