Symptom

Upgrade process failed with the following error message in the log file ALTNTFI.LOG in the upgrade phase MAIN_SHDRUN/ALTNTAB_FILL

1EETQ399 Last error code set is 'No new lines found in logfiles, this seems to be strange'
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "ALTNTAB_FILL" aborted with severe errors
***************

Meanwhile, the following error message was found in the log file TP.ECO

***************

*** ERROR => CONNECT failed with sql error '12537'
ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed.
***************
