1851790 - Error "An internal error occured while calling 'getSessionInfosEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" when changing Dynamic Recipient provider within a Publication in BI 4.0

There are multiple ways that this behavior may manifest itself:

• When changing the dynamic recipient report in a Publication there are no datasource name for the document in the drop-down menu ( blank selection )
• When changing the dynamic recipient report back to the original one, error "An internal error occured while calling 'getSessionInfosEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" will appear.
• When going to the Properties of a Publication object that already exists, the linking to the Dynamic Recipient report (appears to be) completely lost, and you must browse through Public folder to find the correct Web Intelligence Dynamic Recipient report - once you have browsed to the correct Public folder that should contain the appropriate Dynamic Recipients report in Webi format, the Webi report is not visible / selectable.  Note: This behavior may also be intermittent.
