1852103 - Data type cannot be exported in IR/ESR

Symptom

You are trying to export a Data Type object in Integration Repository/Enterprise Service Repository.

The operation will result in an error:

"com.sap.aii.ib.core.serialization.gen.SerializationException: Attempt to serialize the generic part of object Data Type <Object Name> <Namespace> failed"

In the defaultTrace, there's an correponding log entry and its stack trace ends with

"Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal Load: 0.0
,,at java.util.Hashtable.<init>(Hashtable.java:160)
,,at java.util.Hashtable.<init>(Hashtable.java:186)"
