1852485 - "ERROR: Could not retrieve the hash," after configuring SSL communication between Exchange and Afaria server

Symptom

After configuring SSL communication between Exchange and Afaria server, Devices stop connecting. The XSISAPIHTTPS_Log show:

ERROR: Could not retrieve the hash from https://Afariaserveraddress:3009/PermittedDevices-Hash.txt: System.Net.WebException - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
